Wisconsin's TKO (Technical Knock-Out) Award
Innovative Health Strategies (IHS), the Milwaukee-based provider of business solutions for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, was presented with the highly respected
Wisconsin TKO award at e!nnovate’s eForum, 2005 State of Innovation Conference, in Waukesha, WI. The TKO award highlights southeastern Wisconsin’s most promising and innovative technology companies. Over 500 Wisconsin technology companies were under consideration for the TKO and only three companies received the award.

IHS Awarded Future 50 for Third Consecutive Year
Milwaukee, WI, — IHS, the Milwaukee-based pharmaceutical intelligence Company, has been
awarded its third consecutive Future 50 award by The Milwaukee Metro Association of Commerce (MMAC).
The Future 50 program annually recognizes and celebrates the success of 50 young, fast-growing
companies in the metro area and salutes the entrepreneurial CEOs that make it happen.
IHS Founder Terri Bernacchi said she’s excited about IHS "capping out” the Future 50
award. “Since companies are allowed a maximum of three listings total, we feel proud that we were named
in three consecutive years – each achieved in spite of an economy in which many other businesses
struggled. There are two major factors responsible for our success; the specialized expertise of every
member of our team, and the ideal timing of delivering our solutions to the marketplace. In addition,
we provide the support pharmaceutical manufacturers need to operate effectively in the highly complex
competitive and regulatory environments they face today, which has also ensured our continued demand,”
