Beginning with a proven foundation, IHS provides flexible solutions that are configured to reflect the unique rebate contracting practices of every customer.
The objective for each implementation is aligning IHS processes with existing customer process making the transition to IHS as seamless as possible.
Our implementation team includes representatives with IT technical, rebate management and project management expertise, all of which have extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and managed care industry.
An IHS implementation begins with an in-depth requirements gathering session where current contract standards are reviewed, data output requirements identified, process needs described and pilot rebate submissions identified. This input directs the remainder of the implementation and in 60 to 90 days the configuration is complete, pilots have run and the solution can be in full operation.
Our implementation team will:
- Manage the Implementation Project Plan and Timeline
- Set Up Users and Configure Security
- Conduct Quality Assurance Testing
- Provide User Training
- Define Schedule and Process for Backups and Ongoing Data Updates
- Complete Full Life Cycle Testing of Pilot Rebate Submissions
- Define and Document an Operation Plan, including SLAs
- Provide Ongoing Services Beyond Implementation
